Apartment located in the village of Montemagno, two chilometri the center of Calci, a town that is 15 minutes from Pisa, 20 minutes from the sea. Around the apartments there are mountains where you can walk .The location is close to the most important cities of Tuscany: Lucca is 20 minutes away by car, Siena is 1 hour 30 minutes, one hour Florence . "The Cinque Terre" is located 50 minutes from the apartment. A two chilometri the apartment is posibble find restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment is indipendent and it is in a house that is in the same family. It consists of four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large kitchen, a large living room and a 80 sqm terrace. Covered with vines.

My family and I had an excellent week at David's home ! Thanks to him for his kindness, the apartment is large, clean and comfortable. The location is really good, not far from Pisa, on the hill in a typical little village.

Maison traditionnelle, à flanc de montagne, à équidistance de Pise et Lucca.
L'accès par une rue étroite, rend le stationnement un peu compliqué.
Par ces étés caniculaires les murs épais ne peuvent pas tout ! Elle bénéficierait utilement de ventilateurs supplémentaires.
Le propriétaire, sympathique, fait oublier ces désagréments.
Je conseillerais surtout en intersaisons.

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in einem wunderschönen kleinen toskanischen Dorf, bietet genügend Platz für 8-10 Personen und hat eine große Terrasse, auf der man bequem essen oder bei einem Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen lassen kann. Sehr schön!

Das Haus wurde leider nicht gut gereinigt. Mussten alles komplett neu waschen. Der Parkplatz befindet sich nicht direkt am Haus, was leider nicht aus der Beschreibung hervorgeht. Der öffentliche Parkplatz ist bends meistens voll und es ist schwer ein Platz zu Finden. Der beschriebene Pool ist leider auch nicht vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ok. Für den Preis hatten wir auch keine Villa erwartet, doch etwas sauberer hätte es sein können.
