Die Wohnung war sehr hell, modern und geräumig.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Parkplätze vor Ort verfügbar. Wohnung ist über einen Aufzug barrierefrei erreichbar.
Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden.
Man hört von den Nachbarwohnungen und auch vom Bahnhof nichts, gute Schalldämmung.
Es war n 2 WCs vorhanden. Jedoch ist es ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne.
Seeufer ist fussläufig ca 500m entfernt.
Check in war unkompliziert dank Schlüsselkasten.
Im Großen und Ganzen sehr sauber. Allerdings waren doch ein paar Spinnweben vorhanden und die Fenster waren teilweise mit Handabdrücken verschmutzt, das hat man aber nur bei Lichteinfall gesehen und hat uns nicht weiter gestört.
Keine Vorhänge vorhanden, die Nachbarn können in die Wohnung reinschauen, sonst müssten die Rolladen geschlossen werden.
Die Kommunikation über booking war etwas schwierig. Über WhatsApp hat es dann geklappt, da wir noch Rückfragen hatten.
Der Balkon sah auf den Bildern um einiges größer aus, als er wirklich ist :)

Die Unterkunft ist schön groß und komfortabel.
Die Kissen sind zu groß. Wir dachten es gäbe zwei Badezimmer und nicht ein Badezimmer mit Wanne und Dusche und eine extra Toilette.

Besonders gute Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit im selben Gebäude. Trotz Bahnhofsnähe sehr ruhig. Außerordentlich geräumig mit überdurchschnittlicher Küchenausstattung wie z.B.einem gefüllten Kaffeevollautomat und mehr als ausreichend Geschirr.

The apartment is modern and spacious, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We found plenty of pots, pans, and nice dishes. We loved the nice espresso machine. The three bedrooms are all of equal size with comfortable double beds.
We liked the location in walking distance to the lake, easy access to the train station and the local busses. There is ample parking if traveling by car. The local supermarket is basically an elevator ride away.
For all this convenience, we wouldn't hesitate to book Heimathafen again on a future visit to the Bodensee.
We would have liked a few more supplies. There were only two dishwasher tabs and two dish towels for the whole week. That is something we don't want to shop for when traveling by plane. We also missed a microwave oven for reheating food.
When asked to separate the trash, there should be enough supplies (compost bag, "gelber Sack") to do so. Again, we didn't want to buy this for just a week.
