Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Küchenausstattung gut, wenngleich es keine Kaffeemaschine sondern nur eine Senseo- Maschine gab. Es gab Handtücher, dazu einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine. Die Terrasse mit Überdachung war gut, ebenso die Lage des Hauses.
Die Küche war zum Sitzen für 8 Personen zu klein, dass Internet hat nicht funktioniert. Für eine Gruppenreise war ein Bad mit Dusche und zwei Toiletten knapp bemessen.
