About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our family house that consists of three vacation apartments. It is bright, colorful and lovingly decorated and the perfect place for a nice vacation with family or friends. The apartment has a living-dining area,, a small but fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. The bathroom is very spacious with shower and bathtub,, double sink and a large closet. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (160cm) a closet, standing mirror and desk - the other bedroom consists of 2 rooms: a master bedroom with double bed (160cm), closet and chest of drawers and a children's room separated by beams, which consists of 2 bunk beds. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. The dining area can comfortably seat 6 people. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV for your entertainment. Cook a gourmet dinner also enjoy the many herbs from the garden or enjoy a walk or short drive to the many fine restaurants in the area. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac you are only 1km (15 minutes walk) from the lido, only 2km from the town center, the waterfront, the train station and the ferry port (about 30 minutes walk). A supermarket is only 400m away and easily accessible on foot. You can reach the bus stop in about 5 minutes on foot.
Or you can stay at home and enjoy our newly landscaped garden with large lawn and many dining places, which is available to all guests and is large enough for everyone without disturbing each other.
It is the perfect place to relax and entertain. Sun loungers, cushions, and a barbecue etc are of course at your disposal. Enjoy your morning coffee on your balcony with a view of the greenery and the mountains.
Towels and bed linen are provided and a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be safely stored. Pets are allowed. We hope you enjoy your stay in our apartment. We have designed it so that you will feel at home and you can stay well and comfortably even on rainy days. Thank you for not smoking in our apartment. Schöne Wohnung mit interessantem Stil. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Sackgasse etwas zentrumsfern. Mit dem Auto kann man jedoch alles gut erreichen. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas speziell. Die Nachbarschaft hat etwas eigenwillige Vorstellungen vom Parken auf einer öffentlichen Straße.
Die Wohnung wurde mit sicherem Geschmack eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist klein aber mehr als üppig ausgestattet. Das Bad bietet gut Platz und hat ausreichen Handtücher. Als Kritikpunkte sind anzuführen, dass die beiden Betten in den Hauptschlafzimmern von der Breite eher französischen Betten mit nur einer Matratze gleichen. Uns waren sie auf jeden Fall ein wenig zu unbequem. Ähnliches gilt für die Sitzgruppe im Wohnzimmer. Zur Einschätzung: wir waren zum Teil mit 4 Erwachsenen Ende Oktober dort. Zu dieser Zeit ist man abends schon auf die Räumlichkeiten angewiesen. Trotz dieser Einschränkungen für uns, war es eine angenehme Zeit in einem netten Ambiente.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat uns bestens gefallen. Wir waren zu 5. (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) und hatten genügend Platz. Der Garten ist wirklich schön angelegt. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön, vor allem der Blick auf die Alpen ist toll.
