Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a quiet location, see-messe-zentrumsnah,
with large garden and beautiful terrace, can accommodate 8-14 people.
Each bedroom is equipped with TV, wifi free of charge, 2 large beautiful bathrooms each with washer and dryer, a total of 4 toilets, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large dining room with TV. The apartment is ideal for larger groups, couples, large families, all are welcome, parking is adequate, pets welcome by arrangement.

Excellent property to stay , ultra clean , spacious, nicely located for visit to messe with local bus or walking also near to the lake and adjecent to the wood.

Our hosts were excellent! Wonderful communication before and during our entire visit. Our hosts even greeted us with a bowl full of apples, waters, wine, and coffee. Exactly what you need after a long flight! Furthermore, the hosts gave up their own personal fans for a very hot couple of days during our visit.
The house was perfect for our multi-family situation. Bedrooms were very large and comfortable, and two very big, full bathrooms (with washers and dyers) and two half baths made it so no one was ever waiting for a bathroom (a plus for large families). The kitchens were well stocked and cooking was easy with the typical spices already provided in the house. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood, with walking distance to two grocery stores and about a 20 minute walk to the promenade. Driving wise it was the ideal location. Everything we visited in about an hours drive.
Overall, very happy with our stay. We would certainly stay again!

Claudia is an amazing hostess. She is kind and helpful. The property is large and comfortable. We appreciated the extra towels, soaps, paper towels, kitchen supplies, and everything else that we could need. We highly recommend this house.

Claudia and Hermann are great VRBO hosts. The house is exactly what was advertised. We had plenty of room. Lovely garden. Great BBQ. We were comfortable and content. Great access to many activities. I would absolutely stay again with a large group (we were 10 all together!)
