L’hôtel bénéficie d’un très bon emplacement, idéal pour découvrir la ville, et la literie est réellement confortable, ce qui permet de bien se reposer.
En revanche, l’expérience globale ne correspond pas au standing attendu d’un établissement 4 étoiles. Les chambres sont correctes mais sans plus, avec une salle de bain très petite et mal équipée, et des prestations limitées. La propreté laisse malheureusement à désirer. Le petit déjeuner est également décevant : peu de choix et aucun produit fait maison, ce qui le rend assez quelconque. De manière générale, aucun des services habituellement associés à un hôtel 4* n’est proposé. Cet établissement convient simplement pour y passer la nuit, mais si vous recherchez un véritable service premium et des prestations à la hauteur du prix, mieux vaut orienter votre choix ailleurs.
