About this house rental
In the village of CÔTE-BLEUE, located in the triangle AIX-EN-PROVENCE, MARSEILLE and MARTIGUES.
Welcome to our hills bordering the sea, where you will have the choice between swimming (beaches and creeks) or hikes (customs trail overlooking the harbor of Marseille).
The situation is ideal to visit MARSEILLE, CASSIS, MARTIGUES or AIX EN PROVENCE.
The creeks and beaches are a 5-minute drive away. Departures of many pedestrian excursions.
You will be housed in a house of 65m2 with reversible air conditioning, one-storey four-room south orientation. .
Parking inside the property, closed by gate.
The house is designed to accommodate 4 people.
Sleeping: 1 double bed X 140 - 1 chaise longue X 160 (new bedding)
Books, board games, nice glasses, a kitchen open to a nice stay.
A double room with large storage
A large bathroom with shower, sink and storage, toilet, kitchenette, living room, terraces.
Fridge-freezer - Dishwasher - Oven - Induction hob - Washing machine - Microwave - Kettle - Coffee makers: basic, Tassimo and Nespresso - Iron - Flat screen TV - DVD player...
On both terraces, dining area and sunbathing area where to lounging until the hour of the aperitif!
Exterior Garden furniture, braided resin deckchairs.
A southern and exotic garden.
Relaxation, zen ... that you can complete with massages and relaxation to the sound of Tibetan bowls on reservation and optional.
The price includes:
- sheets and pillow cases, towels, tea towels, tourist taxes, water and electricity.

Contract to return with a deposit of 30% of the rental price.
A confirmation letter will be sent to you by return.
Deposit of 300 euros on your arrival and returned on your departure.

Sandrine und Bruno sind sehr nett und das Ferienhaus ist ideal gelegen um die Gegend rund um Marseille zu erkunden. Direkt nebenan ist eine tolle Bäckerei sowie ein Supermarkt und Restaurant. In dem Haus findet man alles was man braucht.

Nous avons passé un séjour du 5 au 19 août dans cette location et nous n'avons pas été déçu.
Les propriétaires Sandrine et Bruno sont très gentils, très discrets et ont répondu à nos diverses demandes.
La location climatisée est très agréable ; il n'y manque absoument rien. On se sent comme à la maison.
Je conseille vivement cette location où les balades à pied dans les collines sont possibles depuis la location ce qui est très agréable.
Région au top ; soleil garanti.
Nous y reviendrons sans souci que ce soit dans cette région mais également dans cette location.

La location correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Nous avons trouvé cette maison très jolie, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Au niveau équipement électroménager (rien ne manque), on se croirait à la maison. Un petit cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait dans le frigo, nous avons trouvé que c'était une délicate attention. J'aime beaucoup le côté discret et disponible de Sandrine et Bruno. Sandrine nous a fait découvrir de superbes plages, nous en avons pris plein les yeux. Super le book! Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Sandrine sans qui cette semaine n'aurait pas été des vacances puisque mon mari a été absent la moitié du temps pour des raisons professionnelles. Merci beaucoup pour ta disponibilité Sandrine. Maxime joue avec le quad et Nathan adore les peluches. Grosses bises à Chloé. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. ps: Si vous passez en Lorraine, nous serions enchantés de vous faire découvrir à notre tour notre région.
