Great Location near the old part and lots of restaurants and walking distance the the museums. I did not try the breakfast but the staff was willing to let me use their fancy coffee machine for 1.8 euro. Staff is very courteous and around all the time. You leave your keys at the front desk.
The rooms are pretty basic, no frills. I was in room 114 on a lower level and you could hear everyone going by in the street, on the weekend it was enough to wake me up several times. Then workers wash the street a 5-6 am in the morning. The room was smaller than it looked and there was no place to lay open my suitcase.

The decor was nice and the location was super. Breakfast was excellent.
Room was too warm even with the heat of. Too noisy with windows open provide a sheet and light blanket instead of a duvet. Shower was lovely but extremely slippery- should have grab bars. Be careful.
