Clean, equipped rooms, plenty of space, quiet region. Found the property easily.
The wooden floor creaks a bit, however not very disturbing (only in the mornings).

Great area, the apartment definitely has a nice vibe. I liked that it was clean and prepared for our visit. The only one addition I would add as a host is a bottle of water for guests or some other nice addition like tea or coffee capsules for every guest.
The only thing that we missed was the iron for clothes - the group managing the booking did not care to neither help to provide one nor even answer to our request.

Schlüssel zu erhalten war sehrt einfach für den Safe, die Größe der Unterkumpft ist super, Küchenausstattung ist auch ok. Die Türen hängen etwas und schließen schwer. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel sind dicht bei und auch der Bus hält 20m entfernt alle 16min. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern (5+3) unterwegs - hat alles super geklappt. Parkplätze in Paris in allgemeinen sind nicht so einfach und teuer (pro Tag 17,10 / von 9-19 Uhr)

- Au pied de l'arrêt de bus qui mène au RER A ou à la ligne 1
- Réactivité du propriétaire
- Lits confortables
- Belle salle de bain
- Manque d'ustensiles de cuisine (pas de plats qui vont au four, poêles non adaptées à une plaque à induction mais une des deux à été changée au cours de notre séjour, etc..)
- Faible Isolation phonique intérieur/ extérieur
- Wifi défaillant
- Nombreuses traces de brulures de mégots
- Plaque de cuisson de remplacement posée sur l'ancienne brulée
- Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain car la pile du thermostat le pilotant est à plat
- le plaquage des bords des meubles se délite
