Villa was not thoroughly cleaned. We were told that the cleaning crew would be there from 10-4 but found bugs on the counter when we got there at 4. Maintenance and care is not being done. Outdoor landscaping not maintained. Pool has issues from previous tenants. Beds were horrible. We woke every morning with soreness. The listing stated bbq and coffee maker but it has a small French press and the bbq was not accessible. We asked for a coffee maker and communication just stopped. No soap, paper towel, trash bags.
