About this villa rental
Villa B is one of 4 free standing, beach front villas which are identical in terms of position, layout and design. Open space, sophisticated interiors and great outdoors, built and equipped to the highest standards. The villas’ grounds reach a beautiful, secluded beach which is accessible through a private path. The beach itself has small pebbles, some shade trees in the back, a true garden Eden. Built side by side on a narrow headland, all villas have full sea view. The distance between the villas ensures absolute privacy concerning sight and sound. Each villa has a private overflow pool right in front of the living room with the sea blending right behind. The villas are accessed from the main road by a private driveway. There is parking space for several cars within each villa's own grounds. This villa (B) is the second nearest to the beach.

We enjoyed a weeks stay at the house with plenty of space and a beautiful location.
The pool was nice, the beach down below beautiful and completely deserted. (Please add extra umbrellas!) The neighbouring houses were occupied when we were there but this didnt bother at all.
If you are coming for luxury, this may not meet your standards.
I contacted the owners prior to arrival twice and got very quick replies. The caretaker at the property was very helpful as well.
We did have problems with the power going out repeatedly in some rooms. But we were there in the hottest summer in 40 years so I guess things were just overloaded.
Perfect for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.

Für einen ruhigen Familienurlaub ist dies Haus ideal.
Sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Pooldeck ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Auto notwendig aber alles wichtige in der Nähe.

Wir waren zu viert in der Villa B und hatten traumhafte drei Wochen auf Rhodos. Die Villen sind für einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub ideal gelegen. Man hat seine Ruhe, kann jederzeit ans Meer, da der hauseigene Strand in drei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Der nächste Ort (Gennadi) mit Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Apotheke etc. ist gerade mal 5 Autominuten entfernt. Die Besitzer der Villen sind äußerst freundlich und entgegenkommend gewesen. Der Verwalter nahezu jederzeit erreichbar. Immer wieder gerne. War bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal.
