About this villa rental
Villa D is one of 4 free standing, beach front villas which are identical in terms of position, layout and design. Open space, sophisticated interiors and great outdoors, built and equipped to the highest standards. The villas’ grounds reach a beautiful, secluded beach which is accessible through a private path. The beach itself has small pebbles, some shade trees in the back, a true garden Eden. Built side by side on a narrow headland, all villas have full sea view. The distance between the villas ensures absolute privacy concerning sight and sound. Each villa has a private overflow pool right in front of the living room with the sea blending right behind. The villas are accessed from the main road by a private driveway. There is parking space for several cars within each villa's own grounds. This villa (D) is the fourth nearest to the beach.

Wir hatten das Haus D. Es war schon sehr abgewohnt aber die Lage und auch Umgebung hat vieles wieder Wett gemacht. Hatten uns einen schönen Urlaub gemacht und George war auch super.
George ist den ganzen Tag in der Nähe und hilft einem wenn man fragen hat und kümmert sich auch um den Pool etc.
Service war super und auch die Abwicklung mit dem Schlüssel etc. war auch unkompliziert!

Im Haus angekommen staunten wir nicht schlecht über die Empfangsgeschenke vom Vermieter.Eine Flasche ausgezeichneten griechischen Weines,Wasser und einen riesigen Obstkorb.
Also wer Entspannung und Erholung schätzt ist bei den Olga Villen absolut an der richtigen Adresse.Der Strand:ein Traum und Menschenleer.Echt Super!Absolut Empfehlenswert.
In Lachania gibt es 2 Tavernen mit leckeren Speisen.Etwas weiter entfernt liegt Gennadi."Mamas Kitchen" war mein Favorit der Restaurants.Total gemütlich und große Auswahl an super leckerem Essen.Am Strand gibt es eine gute Fischtaverne.
Aber man sollte wissen daß ein Fahrzeug unbedingt notwendig ist,da die Villen etwas abgeschieden liegen,das jedoch den Vorteil der totalen Entspannung birgt.Eines steht fest:Wir kommen wieder!Urlaub wie er sein sollte.

We've spent a great holiday in Villa D!! The Villa is bran new (built in 2011) and is luxurious, the pool is big enough to swim, the patio is fantastic to enjoy breakfast, lunch and bbq, the view is amazing (don't forget to get up early at least once to enjoy the breathless sunset from the first floor terrace) and, last but not least, we've enjoyed the beautiful blue clear water of the sea in a private beach with bed and umbrella provided by the owner! Georgios, the owner, very nice and friendly person,was everyday there to take care of the garden and of the pool and to satisfy every necessity we had!!
So don't hesitate to book an unforgettable holiday in one of the Villas of SouthCoastHomes (4 twins villas eachone with private pool and garden!)!

Have to say we were a little dissapointed with some elements of the villa and had a few technical problems whilst there. It seems to be positioned in a very windy spot that made sitting outside most afternoons uncomfortable and quite a challenge. The downstairs shower room was very cramped and the handheld shower head not ideal. The shower curtain was mouldy around the bottom . Every time the upstairs bath was emptied the whole floor was flooded as the bathwater come up the drain in the middle of the room. This was both unpleasant and dangerous as very slippery.The "satelite" T.V only received Greek chanels and there were only four sunbeds despite the villa sleeping 6/7. We had problems with water supply twice during our stay and reported this to the owners who were quick to deal with . We stayed for two weeks and although the sheets and bathroon towels were changed midway we also felt the pool and kitchen towels should have been changed as well. All in all would not recommend to a friend or relative mainly because of the windy position.
