The motel consists of 3 separate units; the main home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and can accommodate 8 adults or 9 with children. 2 Units are one bedroom with either 1 or 2 baths and can accommodate 4 or 5 guests depending on the unit. For larger groups all three units can be rented to accommodate up to 18 with children. You’ll be delighted with the finish and attention put into this property. This property is not only located in a great place- but the hosts have thought of everything! We have stayed here now numerous times and it is a comfortable and cozy getaway! We visit Cayucos many times throughout the years and we will definitely look to come back to this place!

This remodeled Sea Motel is amazing! The location is perfect to downtown, restaurants, and beach access.
