•Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
•However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
It just doesn’t get better than this! This home is located on the northern bluffs of Cayucos with sweeping views that span from the Cayucos pier to Morro Rock to Montana de Oro. The home is comfortably and tastefully furnished and immaculately maintained. The floor plan of the home optimizes the amazing views while providing lots of separation and privacy in the bedrooms. You will enjoy hours of relaxation on the private deck that ends at the ocean cliffs. Due to the potential danger of the cliffs, we do not recommend this home for groups with small children or impaired members.
Some of the many features that you will enjoy while staying here are:
• Large wind-protected deck on ocean side of home that enjoys amazing views. There is a patio table and chairs and BBQ grill so plan on dining al fresco during your stay.
• Small lawn area off the deck allowing you to get a closer view of the ocean. Please Note: Guests are only authorized to use the lawn area directly off the deck. Other sections of lawn are private property of the adjacent neighbors.
• Kitchen, dining room, living room create a large open area for your group to gather with a large screen TV, fireplace and amazing views.
• Well-stocked kitchen with basic spices provided.
• Dining table that seats 6.
• The master bedroom located at the opposite end of the common living area from the other two bedrooms, providing a private escape with a king-size bed, table and chairs, TV and unlimited views with direct access to the deck. The private bathroom has a step-in shower and large tub.
• Spacious second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a writing desk and a TV.
• The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV and shares the hall bathroom with the second bedroom.
The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area. And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area. Once you vacation here, you will want to come back!

What an amazing view , relaxing yard and cozy house

This is a wonderful property with amazing views. The pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful! The check in process was easy and the home was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped to make all meals. While others may have had issues with the decor, we loved it. It felt like a home and one that was loved. It was nice to have additional parking spaces as we were traveling with two cars. We will stay here again. The neighbors on both sides were very welcoming and friendly.

This property was well maintained but extremely dated inside(1980’s pink and baby blue). Clean but extremely warm as there is NO air conditioning. Outside temp was quite cold for our stay so unsure why it was so warm and no fans available. Beds had very soft mattress firmness. I think the biggest negative was the complete lack of privacy with next door neighbors on either side. Homes are almost touching and since homes sit at angles there is nowhere that allows for privacy. Home sits on extremely small plot on coastline that while beautiful isn’t usable. Upon our arrival next door neighbor immediately put up a chain to cordon off her area of this small space….. weird, sort of creepy and again not a bit of privacy. We sat on deck in the mornings and evenings and were either being watched or eavesdropped on both sides. The master bedroom had beautiful windows to view the yard but most window treatments can’t be opened unless you want neighbor looking directly into the bedroom. windows overlooking ocean in master bathroom were shut and screwed closed unable to open. Home has seen better days for sure but clean. Tons of ants in the master which is obviously an issue ongoing as there were ant traps everywhere. Location is so-so. Nothing in town to write home about but a half hour in either direction leads to towns with much more to offer…. Cambria, Avila, etc.
