Clean, lots of space. We loved the dining room and kitchen. Futon bed was decent.
No A/C, did not care for dirt lot- would be great to have a small grassy area. Sofa bed is super uncomfortable.

Beautifully decorated, excellent location, felt warm and inviting when we had down time away from the beach or town, better coffee bar than almost all hotel rooms.
Minor things - a fan for the bedroom (although comfortable by the time we left the house was warm and stuffy when we arrived, understandable because it had been closed up in sunny weather), the mentioned pantry with beach chairs and supplies was locked, we did our dishes as requested but there was no drying rack .... Note we passed these on to the property manager so they may very likely be addressed and remedied before any future stays.
