Self-catering cottage, all-inclusive (except tourist tax), adjoining the owners' house, with independent access, private parking space, and access to a large shared garden of 1 hectare (with a pond).
Ground floor: large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. Hallway with large wardrobe and cleaning supplies. Bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet. Bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe.
Fireplace (wood included). Reversible air conditioning. Wi-Fi (fiber optic). Non-smoking accommodation.
Cot and high chair available. Extra sleeping arrangements for children/teenagers upon request: high-quality double sofa bed (with mattress topper) in the living room, and/or an extra bed (in the bedroom). The cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities.
Bike or equipment storage available in a secure room upon request. Electric vehicle charging station 7 km away. Welcome to "La Sérénité," your comfortable holiday cottage, ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation, located in Feings (Le Controis en Sologne), in the South Loire Valley. Your accommodation, an extension of the owners' house (on a 1-hectare property), has been completely renovated and is fully equipped for a stay for two (or with children). Local shops are 4 km away. Casual walkers and experienced hikers alike will find numerous trails nearby, with landscapes of forests and vineyards. Within a 30-minute drive, you can explore the medieval towns of Montrichard and Saint-Aignan. Take the opportunity to relax on the beach at Montrichard, or explore the troglodyte sites in the area if you need a refreshing dip. And don't miss a visit to the famous Beauval Zoo/Safari Park in Saint-Aignan! You are also less than half an hour from the Châteaux of Blois and Chambord, or the magnificent gardens of Chaumont-sur-Loire.
