About this house rental
Semi-troglodyte cottage located in the heart of the Valley of the Kings, 5 minutes from Amboise (Nazelles-Négron, a small wine town with several troglodyte houses and private castles).
On the ground floor, kitchen, bathroom, living room, alcove with sofa bed, master bedroom (bed 160) and WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 with a 140 and the other with 2 single beds), a separate bathroom + toilet.
Facilities: Induction hob, microwave, pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, TV, BBQ and WIFI available.
The exterior consists of a high terrace with a 180 ° view over the Loire Valley and a large garden with espaliered trees, all facing south.
Possibility to park your car in a garage located 30m below the house.
Access to the house is by climbing a small hill since it is attached to the hill.

A spacious and characterful home in a unique setting, very well equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. Pretty bedrooms and excellent modern bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms and a bathroom (with an amazing view!) are on the upper floor and are accessible via a small spiral staircase. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Lovely views from the garden terrace. An excellent base for visiting many chateaus and local attractions.

A bit of a climb but worth the view! The house is cool when we were there early summer. Plenty of room and all amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in this amazing big house. The view was priceless, and the host was very welcoming. The house was well equipped and had everything one might need and more. The short steep hill was not bad to walk since we only had one suitcase. The location was also perfect for us. We highly recommend staying here.
