The hospitality and communication for this property was amazing and so above average. Everyone we spoke to was very kind and made us feel welcome, and they are also quick to message back should you have any inquiries. Our room was small but was no surprise for us, and I hate to say it could have been more clean. It was by no means disgusting and was still a safe place to be, but there was obvious mess in some parts, namely, hairs left around the washroom sink by the last guest. It was also incredibly hot, we stayed for a weekend that ended up being 24 degrees Celsius and since the bed is in a loft it got no circulation from the fan below. I was also hesitant to open the windows as we were on the ground floor and the windows did not have bars on them. Aside from these small hiccups, I would consider staying here again. Check in and entry via the keypad was easy and smooth.

Location is OK since its near Bayswater and Queensway train stations and also near restaurants and groceries which are all located at Queensway Road. Property however is very old and cramped for 4 people. Comfort room very small and not well maintained. Very difficult to reach out to owner in case u need anything. We stayed for 5 days and no housekeeping or at least refill of supplies during entire stay. No lift so u need to carry bags as you climb stairs. Good for backpackers only not for family with luggages.
