The property is surrounded by period properties on a tree-lined residential street and blends Victorian architecture with modern style and is located moments from Kensington Olympia and Kensington High Street.
- The bedroom is bright and warm, with double sized bed, plush pillows and crisp sheets for a good night’s rest;
- The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans for your ease;
- Beautifully decorated living room futures a dining area and a comfortable chilling zone with a sofa-bed and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels;
- In the bathroom, you will find a shower, fluffy towels and toiletries to help you relax and restore at the end of the day;
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to hotel standards before your arrival.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
-I Provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £50.
-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

Good access to tube and bus, nice and safe neighborhood.
Unfortunately the equipment of the apartment has not fulfilled our expectations.
Noisy apartment, you can hear everything through the walls.
The hostess offered her support in writing, but she didn’t react to our claims, e.g. one window could not been closed entirely.
She pretends to take care, but she is not doing it.
