I’ve stayed in many places in London (both hotels and rented apartments) and can say that this was by far the best place out of all of them. It was comfortable, spacious, great neighborhood, easily accessible, safe (especially if you’re a solo female traveler), extremely clean, and the owner was sweet and thoughtful! The best value you can find in London. Truly a rare gem.

Good location, a short walk to Shepherd's Bush station Westfield. 10 minute walk to Holland Park station and plenty of buses to go to Oxford Street, Hyde Park, etc.
The room has an ensuite bathroom, microwave, hob, kettle, sink, so you could make your own breakfast and coffee/tea. There is a small shop nearby that can sell you all you need. I didn't use the cooking facilities as there are cafes/restaurants/pubs nearby.
Bed was comfortable, good WiFi. There also a friendly cat that occasionally says hi to you (though this might be a problem if you're allergic to cats).
Overall the room was lovely with amazing decorations.
Soundproofing, you can hear other people in their rooms and therefore they could probably hear you too. You are somewhat staying at someone's house, so maybe not as much privacy as you'd like. But none of these are deal breakers for me.

Loved the flexible the host was and how accommodating she was with check in despite my last minute booking the night before.
The room was clean,modern, and well taken care of. Had a pleasant stay.
