Arrived in afternoon went to room went out in evening returned to find no tv was working or wired in was not told of this so went to reception to speak to the male manager who didn't care and said most yes are not working couldn't offer me an alternative as was fully booked..which they weren't as I coukd still book on the website for the same evening.so dishonest manager and no compensation at all or real explanation why I was not told upon arrival.very poor overall staff very poor

My room was in the new part of the building. Room was large but in need of decor. Air conditioning, hairdryer, iron, towels, shampoo, soap and conditioner were provided. No bathrobes and no slippers. Bed was large clean and comfortable. I had a good nights sleep. Good cooked breakfast. Friendly staff.
The hotel grounds are beautiful. I had a lovely stay.

It was my mistake to not notice the date was wrong on my online booking. I thought a phone call would lead to a professional, customer-focused reception to make the change for me. Instead I was met with a stone wall; a ‘jobs-worth’ couldn’t care less attitude and lost the entire amount I paid. It doesn’t matter if the place was a palace, it’s all about customer service and they score zilch on that.
