The property is B&B only which suited our needs. We chose it due to its location for business requirements. Check in was remote via key safe and the guy was more than helpful and told me everything I needed to know. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was modern with underfloor heating. Breakfast included was continental and had everything we needed, being served tea/coffee and toast was a nice touch. If I was being really picky I’d upgrade the mattress to pocket sprung or memory foam with memory foam pillows but that’s subjective so overall I would say you couldn’t fault it for a B&B stop over and great value for money.

Lovely, warm, cosy and clean. Although it is not modern, it has a fascinating history behind it. Breakfast was excellent and the lady serving it was very friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Had a lovely room, clean, spacious, everything we needed, beds are clean and comfortable, breakfast was great option of cooked, continental toast, tea, coffee, juices, gluten free option plus different milks, would highly recommend

The hotel itself was a bit rundown, we had to change rooms as the first one we were offered wasn't very nice, but the family room was a lot nicer for us.
The service and staff members were great and very helpful, and the breakfast was good too.
