It was close to my location for work and easy to get to.
It was smaller than anticipated and didn’t have some of the facilities that it stated such as a kettle and microwave (however these can be accessed in the shared kitchen). It was very noisy and not the most pleasant place to stay but you get what you pay for. I only needed somewhere to sleep for a few nights while I worked and it did the job without leaving me too out of pocket.
