Would have given this hotel a 5 star review but the wicked witch of the west had to spoil a job well done by the men by sprinkling a little bit of hate and condescension where none was warranted.

We had an exceptional stay at Villa Florentine and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Set in a stunning renovated convent, the room was impeccably clean and the staff consistently attentive. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety and healthy options. The steps leading to the hotel helped offset the delicious meals of Lyon. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
