The apartment was nice and clean. It was close to the railway station, easy to go to city center and also to/from airport. There were also some restaurants at walking distance, and a supermarket, but not that much to see, it is a residential neighborhood (only the stadium). We recommend taking Navigo week tickets for public transport, same ticket is valid for train to the airport. In kitchen good cooking facilities (we did mainly only breakfast).
One bedroom was not in use, so we had not that much open space because both coaches had to be opened for sleeping in the living room. In kitchen there is a Nespresso coffee machine, but you have to take your own capsules with (there is some instant coffee available). Some small towels in bathroom would have been good, too, now there were only one big for each person.

Andava benissimo solo un po di polvere letti piccoli e uno dei due molto fragole per persone robuste
