We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was easy to find and close to the trains for easy travel access. We found it to be clean and cozy for our stay. Property owner was very friendly and communicated with us in a timely manner. We would recommend this apartment for a small family and would definitely comeback ourselves.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beds were a little harder than we like but bedrooms nice size. Found it odd that there wasn’t a sink in the toilet room or top sheets on the beds. Nice kitchen and living room, loved the views from the deck, you could see the Eiffel Tower. Was able to make dinner every night. The washing machine worked well. Also just note there is no dryer just a drying rack so it takes a little longer. Both train, subway and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was very spacious and seemed very clean. Initially, we were very happy with the property. However, on the 2nd night there, I killed a small big on the bed spread. I let the owner know. He then asked me if I was sure it was a bug. The next night, I saw, took a picture and killed a bigger bug. As it turned out, it was a bed bug. I ended up with 20-25 bites. We moved the next day. I sent the owner a picture of the bug pre and post killing it. He seemed to be responsive initially but never offered a refund for our stay. He offered a different property overlooking the Eiffel Tower on a subsequent visit to Paris and suggested we stay in contact. I have since been ghosted. He never admitted to looking at the pictures I emailed him of the multiple bites I sustained. I have been to l in touch with VRBO. I sent them pictures of the bite sites. They told me they'd launch an investigation. I've not heard back. I still have scars from where the bugs bit me. I'm dealing with PTSD as everytime I have an area itching, I check for bed bugs. I have difficulty sleeping and still have not fully unpacked from the trip for fear of bed bugs possibly being in my bags. My suitcases remain on my backporch close to a month after returning home. It's been a nightmare. Not impressed with VRBO.
