Proche du stade de France
Le logement était sale ( tache sur la table, sol pas fait) dans la nuit un groupe de jeunes je pense au dessus de nous sautaient et courraient donc cela nous à réveillé vers 4h et ça a durer très longtemps, rebelotte le matin. J’ai faillit appeler les gendarmes pour tapage nocturne

Nous avons aimé la location du logement. 10 min à pied du stade de France c’est parfait pour aller voir un concert/ match. Proche de la boulangerie et petit épicerie et gare. Le cartier est calme et il y a des place de parking gratuit voila tout ce qu’on a aimé.
L’isolation est mauvaise, ont entend le logement au dessus de nous ( les pas des personnes qui marche, la chasse d’eau). La cuisine est pas hyper propre. Est il n’y a pas de volet dans la chambre ce qui fait qu’on voit le jour très tôt le matin.

La proximité avec le stade de France (10 minutes à pied) et la proximité avec la bouche de métro 13
Logement mal équipé: pas de wifi, pas de Tv, pas de machine à café, canapé lit peu adapté, pas de nécessaire de couchage d’appoint, équipements dégradés dans l’ensemble. On sent que cet appartement est un logement peu entretenu et qui est utilisé comme un lieu de passage proche du stade de France.
