Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Nettuno. Die zuständige Ansprechpartnerin war jederzeit erreichbar, hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, und uns schon im Vorfeld mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Für diese herzliche Gastfreundschaft möchte ich mich nochmals ganz besonders bedanken.
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und liegt in einer beeindruckenden Lage – direkt in der historischen Burgfestung von Nettuno, was dem Aufenthalt einen ganz besonderen Charme verleiht.
Ein paar Hinweise möchte ich dennoch geben:
Die Dusche ist leider sehr klein, und es war fast unmöglich, die Wassertemperatur angenehm einzustellen. Zudem ist nur eines der Schlafzimmer klimatisiert – das Wohnzimmer und das zweite Schlafzimmer nicht, was im Hochsommer herausfordernd sein kann. Die Terrasse war für uns leider nicht nutzbar, da sich dort auch ein Restaurant befindet und der Bereich somit nicht wirklich privat ist.
Trotz dieser Punkte haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft insgesamt weiterempfehlen.

Appartment in the middle of the old centre, close to restaurants and beach, very convenient. Conad supermarket nearby for supplies.
The appartment is spacious, big living room / kitchen and 2 big bedrooms. Kitchen fully equiped and everything spotless clean
Look out when arriving by car... place cannot be reached completely by car and parking in the centre of Nettyno is somewhat problematic.
We received an entry code to the door lock with the keys, however this did not work properly but after calling the guesthouse she immediately came to help and this was all sorted quickly.
Nightlife in Nettuno on the weekend happens straight below your window and / our next to the appartment.... this is quite noisy at night... earplugs advised!
Showercabin was not very stable and hot water supply was on and off

The apartment is very close to the beach, just a short walk away, which was super convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant stay — from kitchen utensils to basic toiletries. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and always ready to help whenever we had questions or small issues.
Unfortunately, the location right next to a busy square with restaurants made it extremely noisy, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. It was almost impossible to sleep, as people were talking and laughing loudly until 3 a.m., and even closed windows didn’t help.
One of the restaurant terraces ends right in front of the second apartment entrance (from the kitchen), with tables even placed near the bathroom window, which felt quite intrusive.
Also, the air conditioning is only in one of the bedrooms — the other one only has a fan, which wasn’t enough during hot nights.
There were a lot of small flies (gnats) in the apartment, and we also noticed some mold in a few places, which was unpleasant.
