The view from the huge terraces is absolutely stunning - spending time there is pure joy. The appartment is very spatious and well organised. The kitchen was probably the most well equipped kitchen we've ever seen - you don't need to take literally nothing with you - all is there. The location is really nice, roughly a couple of minutes from the city center and a nice free beach. Shops with basic stuff are also located up to 10 minutes by foot. You can also take a train to Rome which departs every hour with a travel time around one hour, which makes it a good base for trips to Rome aswell. This way we barely had to use our car, which we left on the private parking located on the fenced inner side, behind the building. The owner is a fantastic person who was always in touch with us, always responsive and very, very kind and helpful.
The mattresses are to stiff so they could be better. You also have to be a bit careful with the amount of electric devices you switch on at once, otherwise the fuses will go down (happened to us rougly once/twice a day when we weren't cautious enough).

Beautiful apartment ina great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy walk to beach and city center and train. Large rooms and full kitchen with a great view.
Small bathrooms, uncomfortable beds, and the power goes out with water heater turned on.

Fantastic view over the sea from the terraces. Good for a family with several bedrooms and bathrooms. Anzio was nice with many restaurants and lots of people during evenings.
The beds were very hard.

Really nice apartment with great (sunset) view on the Sea. Apartment is fully equipped with everything needed (and more). Very nice interaction with home owner.
Entrance/stairs to the beach is some 300m down the road but the most enjoyable beach and shallow water makes fully up for it.
