L'emplacement et le calme. La propreté et l'accès.
Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans la salle de bains et la cuisine.

Trotz des lebhaften Verkehrs vor dem Haus kann man ruhig und bei Bedarf auch lange schlafen.
Großzügige Wohnung mit viel Platz.
Vom Balkon kann man nicht nur den Lidl sehen, sondern auch ein Stückchen vom Meer.
Wir haben die Eigentümer der Wohnung nicht persönlich erlebt, aber Kommunikation war gut. Er/Sie haben sich mehrfach aktiv nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt.
Die Ausstattung der Küche war zwar vollständig, aber doch eher minimalistisch und von minderer Qualität.
Ein scharfes Messer und eine Kaffeemaschine, die mehr als nur zwei Espressi produzieren kann, wäre wünschenswert.

L`apartamento, tutto mi è piaciuto. Sopratto era comodo che in 2 passi si trova il supermercato Lidl.
