We loved the communal areas. Everything was well looked after and inviting. You get so much more than just your own apartment. Sergio was a great host and very helpful with tips of places to eat and visit. He even booked a table for us one evening! The breakfast was delicious every day! We will be back :)

Struttura completamente ristrutturata, appartamenti completi di tutto e veramente molto belli . La piscina molto bella con acqua salata e spazio esterno accogliente e con una atmosfera di relax assoluto .

Bardzo doceniam że otrzymaliśmy dodatkowy materac dla jednego z naszych synów. Obsługa bardzo pomocna, dawała bardzo cenne rekomendacje restauracji oraz atrakcji turystycznych lub plaż.
Skrzypiace lużko doprowadzalo nas do szaleństwa! Codziennie to samo śniadanie, nie nasze smaki - liczylem na jakies lokalne produkty.

A lot of false advertising on Booking.com for this hotel:
2 pools - not true. There is 1 small pool. Also a private pool was stated in our apartment description, again this is not the case. All guests can use the 1 pool and everyone walks by it on the way in and out of the hotel.
Daily housekeeping - another misstatement. We asked for housekeeping on day 3 and we were told it will be arranged for the next day. Nothing happened next day, so we asked again, and we were told again the next day. Long story short, after asking every day, the apartment was cleaned on our last day, apart from the balcony floor which was full of bird excrement.
Restaurant and pool bar, happy hour and themed dinner nights - in reality there is a small cafe by the pool, only open for breakfast. Nothing is opened by lunchtime and nowhere to get food or drink. On our first day we arrived an hour early and waited by the pool for our room to be ready (which was absolutely fine), there was not even a beer, we were served a drink which seemed the only option, not even sure what is was. After that day, the cafe was closed after breakfast each day, all day. Because of this, it's very quiet by the pool, no music, no vibe.
These are our main issues, related to dishonest description of this hotel on the booking.com platform.
Other thing to mention is the location, it's in a small town with not much to do. Not a touristy place, which some people may prefer, but for us it was too quiet. Need to have a car or be prepared to travel by train to get anywhere. On a train it's only 50 minutes to Rome and 15 minutes to beautiful beaches.
