The host was flexible and met us according to our schedule. The apartment was of decent size.
The building is old without an elevator, and the neighbourhood didn't give a safefeeling. we understood that there were several car break-ins in the past months, so this didn't give us high comfort.

Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung und sind von dort aus mit dem Zug nach Venedig gefahren. Der Bahnhof Mestre ist nur 7 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Sie liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Abends sind wir auch zu Fuß (ca 25 Minuten) nach Mestre in die Fußgängerzone zum Essen gegangen. Nette Lokale und Restaurants, sowie Pizzerien.
Auch war es gut beheizt, wir waren ja im Jänner bei kalten Temperaturen da.
In der Wohnung war auch Toastbrot, Butter und Marmelade fürs Frühstück vorhanden, Kaffee mit Tabs sowie 2 Bialetti auch.
Unser Bett war leider schon etwas durchgelegen, aber bei den anderen hat es gut gepasst.
