Visiting venice we booked this place last minute.
The booking was slightly confusing as you have to fill out and share some documents before they will give you access code for the property.
The area in which this is located gives a beautiful view of the canal right outside your bedroom window.
The bedroom and bathroom are clean and the air conditioning works well.
The windows are very tall and the light is excellent.
The shared common area has wine openers and many small amenities you would like to have for a rental.
The host was polite in the short dealings I had with them which made it feel welcoming.
The only cons I would make is it is confusing, somewhat, to find this property for the first time.
Also make note of your key code in case your phone dies.
All in all I would recommend.
