Està nou completament i que està situat en un lloc tranquil.
Falten moltes coses per a fer una estança confortable: no hi ha ni microones, ni sisí, i el rentavaixelles no funcionava; no hi havia kit de benvinguda amb pastilles per la rentadora, bosses de basura, sabó de dutxa… Per tant hem hagut de comprar coses que s’han quedat allà i altres que podem emportar-nos, però que no teníem previst comprar.
Està ubicat en un lloc molt llunyà del centre de Venezia, per arribar-hi cal un autobús que agafa un ferri i un vaixell. A més per a sortir del recinte, semblava un roomscape.
