A nice apartment, seemingly part of a well-managed property. It’s spacious, fairly clean, and conveniently located close to the train station, which makes getting around very easy.

This place is in a great location BUT Google maps takes you to the right street, but the incorrect property. 360 is the number for quite a few apartments. You just have to keep walking along until you see the Residence Loft 8 signage.
It took some time to confirm the check in code. We were going on a tour and wanted to check in early…. We managed to check in early, but, the cooling wasn’t working. We had good communication by text msg to resolve this but at bedtime, when there were no sheets for the sofa bed, I had to reach out again. We then discovered they had checked us into the wrong apartment and we had to change.
Highlights- is an easy 5-10 minute walk from St Lucia train station. There are steps to climb over canals to get to the apartment but, we are in Venice!!
It is across from a prison but this is no problem. The apartments are in a very quiet area with good restaurants nearby.
