The location should be great but work on the railway means the underpass to the property is closed and it take longer to walk there from the station. It is not a pleasant walk and there are some not too desirable characters around. The noise and dirt from the work mean it is not pleasant to sit on the balcony or to have the windows open. It is very dirty outside and very noisy. I would not visit her until the work has finished.
No breakfast provided. Only two coffee pods for a two night stay for two people is stingy.
