L’appartamento nel complesso è carino, pulito e ben tenuto. Le persone che hanno soggiornato (le mie zie e i miei nonni) lo hanno trovato accogliente e adatto per una permanenza breve. Purtroppo però è risultato un po’ poco fornito per gli ospiti: qualche attenzione in più, come dotazioni di base o piccoli comfort aggiuntivi, renderebbe l’esperienza decisamente più piacevole.
L’aspetto più critico è stato il rumore: durante la notte i vicini hanno tenuto musica molto alta e non è stato possibile dormire. Capisco che non dipenda completamente dal proprietario, ma forse potrebbe essere utile segnalarlo o cercare una soluzione per prevenire situazioni simili, perché questo incide molto sulla qualità del soggiorno, soprattutto per persone anziane. Con qualche miglioramento nei servizi offerti e una gestione del problema del rumore, l’esperienza potrebbe diventare davvero ottima.
