Departamento muy espacioso. Luminoso. Limpio y cómodo. Linda decoración. Y con accesorios completos que facilitan la estadía
Problemas con el agua caliente, salía intermitentemente. A veces salía bien y otras no tanto.
El ascensor es demasiado pequeño y antiguo.
Podrían indicar las instrucciones de llegada y facilitar la misma.

The apartment is well positioned near the Case Bruciate minimetro station, one stop from the city center. We did some shopping at the Coop supermarket near the train station, about 10 minutes walk.
The apartment is large, clean, one bedroom is facing the main street and has its own bathroom, the other bedroom is quieter, you can't hear the traffic from the street, the main bathroom is located in the hallway. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is a balcony in the main room.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals, we didn't cook, but there is the possibility if you want.
The key collection went quite well, we had to notify the owner 20 minutes before arriving at the address, we waited a few minutes until a man came but it wasn't a problem.
Everything was ok.

The reception by the host was very good. We were met at the apartment and given a tour of the property and all the particulars.
The apartment was very nice and, compared to most properties of this type, very spacious. It is a perfect place of a couple or a pair of couples.
The proximity to the mini metro and the train station makes it an ideal location to explore the historic center or use as a base to explore Umbria.
We had an awesome time.
