Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento in occasione di una riunione familiare. La casa è completa di tutto, attrezzata, non manca nulla per trascorrere un soggiorno nel comfort totale. È molto pulita, spaziosa, al piano terra e quindi comoda anche per persone anziane. La zona è molto tranquilla e verde. Daniele e sua mamma sono molto accoglienti e disponibili a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Assolutamente suggerito per un soggiorno a Perugia.

Appartamento molto grande, tre camere da letto per un totale di 5 posti letto, riscaldamento efficiente, cucina ben attrezzata. Luogo molto silenzioso, supermercato Conad di fronte a casa
Nella cucina non è presente un fornetto a microonde quindi anche per riscaldare una piccola porzione di cibo si è costretti ad usare il forno elettrico oppure i fornelli a gas
