About this apartment rental
Its dual aspect, looking north over the public gardens to the mountains and south for a sunny outlook, allows this beautiful three-bedroom, fifth floor apartment to make the most of what Nice has to offer. Celeste is situated in a beautiful Art Deco building with a lift and a secure entrance and is found in the prestigious Carré D’Or, or Golden Square neighbourhood. Complete with a piano, its many fine features will suit guests with discernment.

Outside space
The main terrace is 14m2 and has space for a sun lounger as well as the dining table to make full use of this south-facing outside space. It is accessed from both the living area and the twin-bedroom. The master bedroom has an additional balcony with a table and two chairs for some more peaceful reflection.
Living and kitchen area
There is a long, convivial room which has the kitchen and dining area at one end overlooking the garden and up towards the mountains, and the living area opening on to the south-facing terrace at the other end. This gives the apartment a light, bright and breezy aspect. The kitchen has a traditional feel to it with solid marble worktops and a long dining table, while offering all the convenience of a contemporary one. An electric oven with four electric ring-hobs, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle and washing machine aim to make your stay as easy as possible.
The living area has two stylish sofas and an armchair, a wall-mounted Smart TV should entertainment be required, and wifi and a music system to aid relaxation. The large terrace, accessed through the wide French windows, is perfect for alfresco dining with a table and chairs to seat six and revel in the Mediterranean climate.
Bedrooms
The three bedrooms all benefit from the comfort and privacy of an en-suite shower room and the elegance of original varnished parquet flooring. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, two built-in wardrobes ensuring plenty of cupboard space, a tasteful mixture of period and vintage-style furnishings, including a chest of drawers, armchair and matching bedside tables. Reading lamps, a large wooden wall-mirror and air-conditioning complete this room which opens onto a south-facing terrace. The twin-bedroom, which also has French windows opening onto a terrace, has air-conditioning a shared bedside table with reading lamp, wardrobe space and an elegant shower room. The third double bedroom is north facing with double-glazing and a private shower, it has a freestanding wardrobe and reading lamps on both sides.
Bathrooms
Each bedroom benefits from a private shower room; the two south-facing bedrooms have their own toilet and basin, while the third toilet and basin are situated just outside the north-facing double room across the hallway. All are exquisitely fitted with beautiful tiling and finishing’s in keeping with the elegance of the apartment.

Easy walk to the beach, and the Alsace Lorraine train station is right outside the front door to quickly get to Old Town Nice or the airport. Beautiful streets, restaurants nearby. Grocery store right around the corner as well.

Great stay in Nice. Apartment lovely. Management company very easy to deal with. Location is awesome and safe. Comfortable and very clean with the exception of the floors. Highly recommend.
