Nestled in the heart of one of the hills of Nice, in a secure domain, this traditional stone villa offers an exceptional place of peace and rest.
Built on one level, it consists of a large living room, a dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. And on the other hand three bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room and two service rooms. All the main rooms and bedrooms face south, south-east, facing the swimming pool, the garden and the spectacular view over the hills, the city of Nice and the sea.
The property is located just minutes from the highway access and the tram terminus, greatly facilitating travel in the region as well as visiting the city.

We’re just back from a lovely week in this gorgeous villa.We took our two young adult children and their partners and the villa was just right for the six of us.Plenty of places to sit and the accommodation was perfect.The views over Nice and the sea were stunning and the pool was a really good size.We enjoyed little trips in to Nice and around and it was always good to get back to the peaceful villa to relax for the afternoon.The barbecue and outdoor dining areas were perfect for chilled evenings in as well.We all loved our stay and would definitely do it all again.

We enjoyed two fantastic weeks in the villa in Nice in July 2025. Everything was just perfect. Patrick welcomed us at the first day and gave all information about the villa, the closer environment with bakery, supermarkets and restaurants. There is a tram station close to the villa, that brings you directly into the center.The pool area and terrace is really very nice and calm. We very much enjoyed the villa and also Nice as a city.

Also der Vermieter ist über SMS fast immer erreichbar.
Spricht Franz. und Englisch.Reagiert aber schnell.
Wir hatten etwas Pech , 2 mal ist Warmwasser ausgefallen so das man nicht Duschen konnte und einmal der Strom. Wurde aber zügig erledigt.
Die Zuwegung zum Haus ist an sich einspurig von der Hautstrasse aus , Serpentinen artig und ca. 700m von der Hauptstraße entfernt mitten im Hang und unbeleuchtet. Mal kurz noch etwas spazieren gehen klappt so nicht da auch mitten im Hang und überall Nachbargrundstücke. Wenn man das Haus am Ende der Strasse erreicht hat beginnt nach einem grossen Tor der Urlaub. Die Einführung" Check Inn" war vorbildlich alles wurde soweit erklärt.
3 Schlafzimmer gibt es , eins mit einem Zugang zum Pool. Alle mit Klima , kleine Doppelbetten, etwas weiche Matratzen.( Persönliche Empfindung). Kein Klima sonst im Haus. Alles auf einer Etage aber draussen Treppen.
2 Bäder ein altes und ein neues. Das alte mit Dusche das neue mit Wanne. WC im alten Bad etwas eng.
Türen etwas schwergängig , abschliessen beider Türen geht nicht. Küche perfekt eingerichtet, alles da.
Wohn / Esszimmer , kaum genutzt.
Fernseher mit CD Spieler, Internettananschluss etc. aber nicht genutzt. W-Lan im gesamten Haus.
Alles auf einer Etage.
Draussen , wunderbarer Pool, in mehreren Tiefen wo man gut schwimmen konnte. Spielzeug es gab es auch .
Tischgruppe auf Terrasse ,aber etwas wackelig.
Grill gibt es auch. 2 Zonen zum entspannen mit Tischen, Stühlen und Schirmen, sehr schön.
Schöner Blick auf Nizza.
Aber für alles lange Wege, per Auto ca 30-40 Minuten nach unten. Nächster Bäcker ca 10 Minuten mit Auto , Restaurant dto. Wegen des Geländes , fehlender Bürgersteige an der Zuwegung und in der Hauptstrasse die stark befahren ist ist es zu Fuss nicht zu empfehlen.
Man braucht also immer ein Fahrzeug.
Ansonsten ist es in der Woche ruhig, am Wochenende wird rundherum etwas lauter.
Leider wurden wir stark von Stechmücken geplagt was uns das ganze etwas, vermiest hat. Egal ob drinnen oder draußen, trotz aller möglichen Sachen zur Abwehr ( im Haus schon vorhanden)sind wir pro Person gut mit über 50 Stichen nach Hause gefahren.
Ansonsten war es schön aber für und uns zu abgelegen. Schön war auch das unser kleiner Hund mitdurfte.
