Al llegar lamentable el WC estaba sucio.

Clean, comfortable and well equiped studio flat. Well located for La Cuidad de las Artes y de Ciencias. There is also a large shopping centre, just a couple of blocks away. The historic centre is only 10-15 mins on the metro

There are plenty of facilities in the nearby shopping centre, but there aren't many small shops or cafes in this part of town

Everything is new and quite clean. All necessary things are in the apartment and available. We had a pleasant stay.

The bed in the living room is not so comfortable. The code at the entrance to the building and the code of the apartment are the same, which is quite strange!

Kitchen is well equipped, but no corkscrew, no oven or microwave, only 2 fobs. Kitchen and living room renovated, looking very nice. Access to the building and the apartment only with codes, no keys or cards needed to keep with you, very easy and making your stay less stressful.

My apartment was 109, which is facing to the backyard on the first floor, unfortunately all the windows are looking here to this corridor where all the guests and neighbours are crossing and passing by all day and night, what can be very disturbing during your sleep even with closed windows you feel they pulling their rolling luggages exactly beside your bed, and talking in your room. No soundproofing at entrance door neither where the cleaners leaving they cleaning trolley outside and talking to each other during they job - also very disturbing. Bathroom - long black hair on the door and not to mention very thin wall between the neighbouring shower. The bed was cracking very loudly for the smallest movements, like at my grand grandma’s sofa bed from the 50’s. If you like to sleep and relax when you are on holiday, try to avoid room 109.
