About this cottage rental
All-inclusive holiday cottage (except tourist tax), all on one level. The owners live on-site. Ground floor: living room/kitchen (smart TV, 2-burner ceramic hob, Tassimo pod coffee machine), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, separate WC. Wi-Fi. Central heating (wood and pellets) included in the rates. Private garden of approximately 50 m² on a 1.5-hectare property. Petanque court and outdoor play equipment for children (swing, slide, sandpit). Garage for bicycles or motorcycles. Extra beds available on request for an additional €20/day/person (sofa bed in the living room/single bed in the bedroom). Non-smoking accommodation. Village 2 km away (shops and local services). Close to the Loire à Vélo cycling route. Available free of charge: 3 adult mountain bikes, 1 adult city bike, and 1 child's mountain bike. This charming town, its Royal Château, the Clos Lucé, Leonardo da Vinci's last residence, and the banks of the Loire, where it's so pleasant to stroll, are a delight. You'll also enjoy its market, which attracts visitors from far and wide... Chenonceau, Chaumont-sur-Loire, Chambord, Blois, Villandry, Chinon, and Azay-le-Rideau are just a few of the famous towns easily accessible.
