About this apartment rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 40 m² air-conditioned studio with swimming pool for rent in Villaines-les-Rochers, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.
- A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×190) and a bathtub
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A shared swimming pool, heated to 28°C and measuring 6 m x 11 m, open from 15 May to 30 September, weather permitting (opening dates not contractually binding).
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Villaines-les-Rochers, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Nearest airport: Tours airport, 45 km
Other notes:
- Two other accommodations are available on the same plot, and can be booked for up to 14 people.
- For your safety and that of the owners, the house is equipped with security devices (surveillance cameras on the parking lots and swimming pool)
- Bed linen and towels included (except beach and baby towels)
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
