About this cottage rental

Independent housing in quiet property located 200 m from the route of the Loire by bike; ideal stop for cyclists and visitors of the castles of the Loire. In the heart of the famous castles of Villandry, Azay the curtain, Usée, Langeais. Small beach on the expensive at 400m to cool off in summer. The small accommodation of 40m2 is composed of a room with 1 bed of 140. Another sleeping type BZ in the living room for 4 beds in total. Equipped kitchen. Sheets and linen are provided. Rent 2 nights minimum.
The equipment and bedding are new.

L’endroit est idyllique : chevaux et ânesse au loin, poules dodues de la maison, oiseaux et même un écureuil au bord de l’habitation… tout cela à proximité des châteaux, prieurés et autres belles caves. Une hôtesse charmante et accueillante. En résumé un beau séjour !

We found 81 Bis to be a perfect location with plenty to do within a few miles of our base. The apartment was well equipped with views over the garden on 2 sides and parking for our car plus safe storage for the bikes. Shopping within easy reach and the beautiful city of Tours just 12 miles away. For us the bed was very hard and not to our liking but it might well suit other people. We are both 72 and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you
