Welcome to The Oasis at Orange Beach 704, a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom Gulf-front condo with BRAND NEW furniture, featuring over 1,950 square feet of elevated coastal luxury. Located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama, this stunning 7th-floor retreat is perfect for families or friends seeking unforgettable beachfront comfort and resort-style amenities.
***PLEASE NOTICE- The lazy river is currently closed, and will be until further notice due to replastering is occurring and is expected to be complete mid-late January 2026. The garage walls and bumpers are being painted. The parts have been ordered for the men's sauna and they are expected an opening date of next week, depending on the arrival of the parts. East stairwell painting is occurring. Lastly, the HOA will be starting preventative maintenance on the balcony doors on December 15, 2026 -February 27, 2026.
The Oasis Beachside Café & Bar will be adjusting hours and will be closed some dates

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with plush bedding, flat-screen TV, and a spa-like ensuite with jetted tub and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed with stylish coastal décor, HDTV, and private full bathroom for added convenience.
Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed plus a custom triple full-size bunk—perfect for kids or additional guests, with an attached full bath.
Living Room: Large sectional sleeper sofa, two swivel chairs, and 60" flat-screen TV, ideal for movie nights or relaxing after the beach.
Parking: Available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes must be purchased onsite for $60 each (not included in reservation cost).
Enjoy meals with a view in the separate dining area with seating for 8, or gather around the raised granite bar with seating for 3. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless appliances, and breathtaking views of the Gulf. BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

I would highly recommend staying here. The location was perfect. Lots to do between the ocean and the pools. The property was clean. The property manager responded promptly to the messages that I sent. And having keyless entry really made things seamless.

We have stayed at this condo in different units numerous times. This is our favorite condo and we plan on staying many times in the future. The management for this unit was very responsive. Overall a great place and we will rent this unit again.

We’ve stayed at many different condos in Orange Beach over the years. We were very pleased with the accommodations at Phoenix West 2. It was spacious and probably the cleanest unit we’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed having the free standing ice maker. Balcony furniture is very nice.
