The location of the property was perfect.
Pros:
1. We had our very own fireworks show right below our balcony on the 19th floor on the 4th of July, was spectacular.
2. The space was sufficient
3. The AC worked wonderfully.
4. Loved the large pantry.
Cons:
1. The elevators were a nightmare, waiting sometimes up to 45 minutes, a bunch of very unhappy people on this property.
2. I saw some old reviews about the furniture being very stained and would have thought that would have been addressed, but it wasn't, there should be a more durable fabric in a property you are renting.
3 . The refrigerator is very old and when we first opened it a shelf fell out, my husband went to Walmart and got a part to fix it. It did not cool well at all.
4. I love to cook and was looking forward to that since in the pictures it looked like a big kitchen. The stove was very old, as well as the dishwasher, there was no quality cookware or knives at all and the serving dishes were very scarce.
5. A couple of the sinks in the bathrooms would not drain properly, my husband fixed them.
6. I wish there was a property management company that would let you visit the property before you rent, know that's not going to happen, but I'd at least know what additional items I would need to bring and get an idea of what I was renting. Pictures can be very deceiving.
