Welcome to Oasis 2308, formerly known as Phoenix West II, Unit 2308! Upon entering, it’s confirmed you made the right choice. Relax in this 3 bedroom / 4 bathroom, nearly-2,000 sq. ft. professionally-decorated condo. The south-facing living area has floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the miles of white sand beach and never-ending views of the gulf. The large balcony provides both inspiring sunrises and vibrant sunsets.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and a 55” HD wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The master bath features double-sinks (including hair dryer), jacuzzi tub, stand-alone shower, and a large walk-in closet. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are each furnished with two (2) queen-sized beds and a 42” HD wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also each have their own adjoining bathroom with a single-sink (including hair dryer) and a combo bath / shower. There are two sofa sleepers in the living area providing sleeping accommodations for a total of 14. Guests also enjoy the full bathroom off the main hallway (that includes a stand-alone shower and access to the full-sized washer and dryer).



The well-stocked kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a wet-bar / ice-maker. A large dining table (w/ seating for 6) as well as 4 bar stools provide plenty of seating options while dining. Beautiful tile throughout (no carpet). Plus, the 60” HD flatscreen TV in the living area, internet-connected Blu-ray player, satellite programming, and included high-speed WiFi allow you to be as connected as you want to be.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



NO SMOKING allowed inside or OUTSIDE the unit. No pets allowed.



Parking: You must purchase parking passes from the front desk upon arrival. Parking passes are $60 per vehicle (a one-time fee that covers your entire stay). Any 3 bedroom unit rented at Oasis guarantees the option to purchase up to two parking passes; the front desk will sell additional passes based availability (limited by occupancy of the complex) but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.
