About this apartment rental
This spacious three bedroom and four bath condo with exceptional amenities is the perfect setting for your next beach vacation. Comfortable places to sit fill the large living area, and you have access to a large flat screen television, DVD player, and a stereo system. The couch is a sleeper sofa. Beautiful kitchen appliances accent the large gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar.
There is a large formal table that offers plenty of seating for large families. A built-in wet bar has a sink, ice maker, and lots of glassware on the shelves. Dining on the tiled balcony, which has a table with six chairs, lets you enjoy meals while watching the action on the beach and the water.
All three bedrooms have flat screen televisions and private bathrooms. Your master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, balcony access, and a luxurious bathroom with an extended vanity counter that has two sinks, a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub, and a large step-in shower with glass panels. The first guest bedroom has a pair of full-size beds and a full size bathroom with a combined tub and shower. In the second guest bedroom you have a queen-size bed, full size bunk set, and a bathroom very similar to the previous one. The fourth full bathroom is accessible from the hallway and includes the laundry room.
This complex features an elevated parking garage. You can park on the 5th floor, so there is no need to use an elevator!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. You are allowed two with this property. Passes are around $60 each. Parking is limited. This information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, please check with the building HOA desk to confirm price of parking.
* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay
Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.
Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.

Beautiful condo! We slept 13 comfortably. Had everything we needed. I would recommend bringing extra blankets for anyone needing to sleep on sofa couch or couch. Love the safeness you feel at this property. Also lazy river is wonderful and the slide! We will definitely be back!

I thought the whole experience was fantastic. We had a great time from start to finish. The condo was amazing.

Overall the condo and location is perfect for a big family. We all had plenty of space and comfort. I hate to even give a bad review. The only complaint I had was the cleanliness. I called the management company and they offered to come out but by this time all our family was settled and I didn’t want people cleaning while we were relaxing. So we tried and clean as we went. We had to go buy cleaning products because they left nothing in the condo. We didn’t even have any dish soap. The floors were so dirty that the kids feet were black. I didn’t dare take my shoes off. The dishes were put up dirty. We had to rewash everything we used. The pull out sofa was so gross that we didn’t even want to sit on on it. When we tried to pull it out for kids to sleep they had a baby pacifier stuck to the bed and dirt and grime.Th
