The ground floor features a bright and welcoming living room alongside a fully equipped kitchen, creating the perfect hub for shared meals and relaxing evenings. Upstairs, the first floor hosts three cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The highlight of the property awaits above—your own private rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, where you can soak in the warm Cretan sun or enjoy the night sky in complete privacy.

The rooftop terrace is the crown jewel of Delight Residences | K5, offering panoramic views and a secluded jacuzzi experience. It’s the perfect setting for a morning coffee, a sunset drink, or a quiet evening under the stars.
Guest Access & Privacy
Guests have exclusive access to the entire residence, including the rooftop jacuzzi and all indoor spaces, ensuring a private and uninterrupted stay from start to finish.

The neighborhood features family-run tavernas, bakeries, and small shops, giving you a taste of authentic Cretan life. Its location makes it easy to reach Chania’s Old Town, the port, and some of Crete’s most famous beaches, including Balos, Elafonissi, and Falassarna.
Getting Around
Free street parking is usually available in the surrounding area, and we can arrange car rentals for guests who want to explore further afield. Public transport options are also nearby, offering quick connections to Chania and other parts of the island.

Pets are admitted upon request. There is a 50 euros extra cleaning fee when travelling with one, as well as a damage deposit of 200 euros, paid upon arrival in cash or card. The damage deposit is to be returned on the day of departure, after checking and confirming that no damage was done to the property .
Parties are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
